Penthouse 63 · Direct Reservation Agreement.
This agreement is between E11EVEN Residences, managed by Ilios ("the Residence"), and the lead guest named above. The lead guest is responsible for the entire party and for the condition of the residence during the reserved nights.
Quiet hours apply to shared building amenities. Smoking is prohibited indoors. A refundable incidental hold may apply. Events and gatherings require approved staffing, security, and insurance as itemized on this reservation.
